The Taskboard
Differentiate, sounds great, but how do you do it?  We’ve created a visual organizer that presents multiple paths for learners to achieve grade level standards.  We begin with assessment and then use the organizer to differentiate instruction.  You will learn how the organizer increased comprehension in our classrooms and elementary school.  Come learn how to implement this process in your own 2nd - 6th grade classroom and school.
 Taskboard Elements:
*Differentiated Instruction
* Based on Assessment
*Flexible Groupings
* Higher Student Motivation
*Explicit Instruction of Strategies
* Teacher Friendly

We Have the Data, Now What?
Have you heard the saying, assessment drives instruction? Teachers have the data, but just aren’t sure what to do with it.  We can teach you how data is a teachers best friend.  Once you learn how to examine results it will change how you plan and adjust instruction to meet the needs of all the learners in your class!

The W.R.I.T.E. Strategies
We have developed a program called The W.R.I.T.E. Strategies.  The W.R.I.T.E. Strategies focus on writing, reading, inquiring, thinking, and engaging students in their learning processes.  The workshops are designed to empower teachers with research-proven strategies they can incorporate in their classroom instruction.

Level the Playing Field for All Students. . . .
Start a Vocabulary Campaign in Your School
According to Marzano (2006), teaching academic vocabulary using a specific six-step research based process can enhance students’ abilities to read and understand subject-area content.  In the  end, it can help students build background knowledge that enhances their academic achievement.  In this workshop participants will learn the six steps to teaching academic vocabulary.
